Pragyan Hackathon 2016 on Dec.10,11 at Bengaluru

Coding enthusiasts now have the chance to win goodies, cash prizes and internships worth up to 1.25 Lakhs. Pragyan, in association with Western Digital, presents  Pragyan Hackathon 2016. Participation is open to everyone – college students, freelancers, start-ups and hacking enthusiasts alike. All are invited to participate in teams with a maximum of three members. The event will be held at the DERBI Foundation at the heart of Bangalore where masterminds of technology will compete on the 10th and 11th of December.

In its third run this year, the Pragyan Hackathon aims to bring out the thinker in us and provide participants a definitive platform to transform their ideas into novel applications to function as powerful and pioneering solutions to issues in one of the five domains: Travel, Healthcare, Retail, Social Welfare, or Defence.

Participants have 30 hours to impress the judges with their prowess in the areas of originality, design and functionality. Finally, a real world stress test scenario will be implemented to assess the innovativeness of the participants' idea and the success of its implementation.

The registration window is already open, and closes on the 6th of December.
