Corporation Bank celebrates 68th Republic Day

Mangaluru , Jan.26 : Corporation Bank celebrated 68th Republic Day at the Bank’s Corporate Office, Mangaluru .  

Jai Kumar Garg, Managing Director & CEO of the Bank unfurled the National Flag .   

Addressing the gathering,  Garg underscored the sacrifice of the armed forces in protecting the nation. He called upon the staff to imbibe the traits of selflessness service with dedication from the defence personnel and work for the cause of the nation.  

Garg, applauded the efforts and work of bankers during the demonetization phase. He commended the bankers for rendering unstinted banking service to the most remote corner of the country during the opening of Jan-Dhan accounts.

The true meaning of freedom is known only by a person who gets liberated from the clutches of slavery , said Garg while reciting lines of the famous poet Shri Shivmangal Singh Suman.
