Muslim students kicked out their classrooms in Udupti, Karnataka. New school policy "mandates uniforms" and "prohibits Hijab." Looks alot like France to me. pic.twitter.com/iz9XSar660

Muslim female students, just for wearing hijab, have not been allowed to enter the classroom of a government run college for the last 3 weeks in Udupi, India! Is this still a secular India? pic.twitter.com/W6NA6tsmcr

These girl students have been resisting since 3 weeks now. They refuse to back down. Salute their courage. May their tribe grow. https://t.co/K7h8WteAJ2
It is part of the process of a slow cultural genocide. Must be resisted, opposed. All political parties also need to take a clear stand. https://t.co/1t0VstHWmQ

“Hindu girl students wear bangles and bindi. Diwali and other Hindu festivals are celebrated in our school, so why can’t we wear hijab?”

These students continue to protest in an hostile environment. Speak up with them.https://t.co/I6JzQWgElz
Way more people would've stood by these girls had they been trying to take off their hijabs. They'd have fiercely backed their freedom of choice. Mainstream media would've held primetime shows on Islam. Only because they want to wear hijab, we see this radio silence from them. pic.twitter.com/VFarSXzg3o
