ಚಂಡೀಗಢ: ಗುಜರಾತ್ ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯ ಪ್ರಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಪಂಜಾಬ್ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಭಗವಂತ್ ಮಾನ್ ಅವರ ಸಂಗ್ರೂರ್ ಮನೆಯ ಹೊರಗೆ ಬೃಹತ್ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ರೈತ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳು ಪೊಲೀಸರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಘರ್ಷಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿದ್ದು, ಗುಂಪನ್ನು ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣಕ್ಕೆ ತರಲು ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಲಾಠಿ ಪ್ರಹಾರ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಘೋಷಣೆ ಕೂಗುವ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನಾಕಾರರನ್ನು ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಥಳಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ದೃಶ್ಯಗಳು ಈಗ ವೈರಲ್‌ ಆಗಿವೆ.
MNREGA (ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಖಾತ್ರಿ ಯೋಜನೆ) ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ತಮ್ಮ ಕನಿಷ್ಟ ದಿನಗೂಲಿಯನ್ನು ₹ 700 ಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಮಾರ್ಲಾ ಭೂಮಿ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಸಹಕಾರಿ ಸಂಘಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ದಲಿತರಿಗೆ ಶೇ.33 ರಷ್ಟು ಪ್ರಾತಿನಿಧ್ಯ ನೀಡಬೇಕು, ಭೂಸ್ವಾಧೀನಕ್ಕೆ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳ, ಗಂಟು ರೋಗದಿಂದ ಜಾನುವಾರು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಹಾಗೂ ಬೆಳೆ ಹಾನಿಗೆ ಪರಿಹಾರ ನೀಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನಾಕಾರರು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದರು.
ಪಟಿಯಾಲ ಬೈಪಾಸ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಜಮಾಯಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನಾಕಾರರು ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 3 ಗಂಟೆ ಸುಮಾರಿಗೆ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಮನೆ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಪಾದಯಾತ್ರೆ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ಬಾಡಿಗೆಗೆ ವಾಸವಿರುವ ರೆಸಿಡೆನ್ಶಿಯಲ್ ಸೊಸೈಟಿ ಬಳಿ ತಲುಪಿದಾಗ ಅವರನ್ನು ಪೊಲೀಸರು ತಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ 19 ದಿನಗಳ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದ ರೈತರು, ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ತಮ್ಮ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಲಿಖಿತವಾಗಿ ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡ ನಂತರ ಅದನ್ನು ಹಿಂತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು.
