ದೇಶದ್ರೋಹ ಪ್ರಕರಣ: ಶರ್ಜೀಲ್ ಇಮಾಮ್ ಗೆ ಅಲಹಾಬಾದ್ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಜಾಮೀನು

ಲಕ್ನೊ: ಅಲಿಗಡ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ಯುನಿವರ್ಸಿಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಎಎ-ಎನ್ ಆರ್ ಸಿ ವಿರುದ್ಧದ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಯ ವೇಳೆ ದೇಶ ವಿರೋಧಿ ಭಾಷಣ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಆರೋಪದಲ್ಲಿ ದೇಶದ್ರೋಹ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ಎದುರಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಶರ್ಜೀಲ್ ಇಮಾಮ್ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಅಲಹಾಬಾದ್ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಶನಿವಾರ ಜಾಮೀನು ಮಂಜೂರು ಮಾಡಿದೆ ಎಂದು livelaw.in ವರದಿ ಮಾಡಿದೆ.

ಜಸ್ಟಿಸ್ ಸೌಮಿತ್ರ ದಯಾಳ್ ಸಿಂಗ್ ಅವರನ್ನೊಳಗೊಂಡ ನ್ಯಾಯಪೀಠ ಶರ್ಜೀಲ್ ಗೆ ಶನಿವಾರ ಜಾಮೀನು ನೀಡಿದ್ದು, ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನ ವಿವರವಾದ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು Livelaw  ವರದಿ ಮಾಡಿದೆ.
