ನ್ಯಾಯವಾದಿ ಮೆಹಮೂದ್ ಪ್ರಾಚ ಕಚೇರಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ದಾಳಿ: ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ತಾಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯಾಪಕ ಖಂಡನೆ

ಹೊಸದಿಲ್ಲಿ,ಡಿ.24: ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ದಿಲ್ಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದಿದ್ದ ಗಲಭೆಯ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಹಲವಾರು ಮಂದಿ ಜೈಲು ಪಾಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಅವರ ಪರ ವಾದಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಹಿರಿಯ ನ್ಯಾಯವಾದಿ ಮೆಹಮೂದ್ ಪ್ರಾಚ ಕಚೇರಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಇಂದು ದಿಲ್ಲಿ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ದಾಳಿ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದು, ಈ ಕುರಿತಾದಂತೆ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ತಾಣದಾದ್ಯಂತ ವ್ಯಾಪಕ ಖಂಡನೆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತವಾಗಿದೆ.
ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದಿಂದ ವಾರಂಟ್ ಪಡೆದು ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಮೆಹಮೂದ್ ರ ಕಚೇರಿಗೆ ದಾಳಿ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದು, ಲ್ಯಾಪ್ಟಾಪ್ ಮತ್ತು ಇನ್ನಿತರ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನುವಶಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಟ್ವೀಟ್ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಹಿರಿಯ ನ್ಯಾಯವಾದಿ ಇಂದಿರಾ ಜೈಸ್ವಾಲ್, “ಮೆಹಮೂದ್ ಪ್ರಾಚ ಕಚೇರಿಯ ಮೇಲಿನ ದಾಳಿಯು ನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಭೂತ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಪ್ರಹಾರವಾಗಿದೆ. ಎಲ್ಲ ವಕೀಲರೂ ಈ ದಾಳಿಯನ್ನು ಖಂಡಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಟ್ವೀಟ್ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
“ನನಗೇನಾದರೂ ತೊಂದರೆಯಾದಾಗ ನನ್ನ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯ ಹೊಣೆ ಹೊತ್ತುಕೊಂಡು ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತರಾಗಿಸುವ, ನ್ಯಾಯ ದೊರಕಿಸಿಕೊಡುವ ವಕೀಲರಿಗೆ ಇಂತಹಾ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಎದುರಾಗಿರುವುದು ನಿಜಕ್ಕೂ ವಿಷಾದನೀಯೆಂದು ಟ್ವಿಟ್ಟರ್ ಬಳಕೆದಾರರು ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
