ಹೊಸದಿಲ್ಲಿ: ಸ್ಟ್ಯಾಂಡ್-ಅಪ್ ಕಾಮೆಡಿಯನ್ ಮುನವ್ವರ್ ಫಾರೂಕಿಗೆ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಜಾಮೀನು ನೀಡಿದ್ದರೂ ಅವರನ್ನು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ndtv.com ವರದಿ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಹಿಂದೂ ದೇವರುಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ದೇವತೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಗೃಹ ಸಚಿವ ಅಮಿತ್ ಶಾ ಅವರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ʼಅಸಭ್ಯ ಜೋಕ್ʼ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆಂಬ ಆರೋಪದ ನಂತರ ಅವರನ್ನು ಒಂದು ತಿಂಗಳಿಗೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಕಾಲ ಬಂಧಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಇಂದೋರ್ ಜೈಲಿನ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, "ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ನಿಂದ ಇನ್ನೂ ಯಾವುದೇ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿಲ್ಲ" ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾಗಿ ವರದಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ. ಇಂದು ರಾತ್ರಿ ೭:30ರ ವೇಳೆಗೆ ಮುನವ್ವರ್ ಫಾರೂಕಿ ಜೈಲಿನಿಂದ ಹೊರ ಬರಬಹುದೆಂದು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ಅವರು ಇಂದು ಜೈಲಿನಿಂದ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಮುನವ್ವರ್ ಪರ ವಕೀಲರು ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಫಾರೂಕಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಶುಕ್ರವಾರ ಜಾಮೀನು ನೀಡಿತ್ತು. ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯವು ಮಧ್ಯಪ್ರದೇಶ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ನೋಟಿಸ್ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಮುನವ್ವರ್ ಫಾರೂಕಿ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ವಾರಂಟ್ ತಡೆಹಿಡಿದಿತ್ತು. ಅವರ ಬಂಧನದ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯವಿಧಾನವನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸಲಾಗಿಲ್ಲ ಹಾಗೂ ಎಫ್ಐಆರ್ ನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಆರೋಪಗಳು ಅಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಹೇಳಿದೆ.

Isn't the treatment of these orders with such ignorance a contempt of court? The underlying viciousness of BJP remains to be seen.
