ಕ್ಯಾನ್ಸರ್‌ಕಾರಕ ಅಂಶಗಳು? ಅಗತ್ಯ ಔಷಧಿಗಳ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ Rantidine ಅನ್ನು ಹೊರಗಿಟ್ಟ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರಕಾರ

ಹೊಸದಿಲ್ಲಿ: ಆಸಿಡಿಟಿ ಮತ್ತು ಹೊಟ್ಟೆ ನೋವು ಸಂಬಂಧಿ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗೆ ವೈದ್ಯರು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಶಿಫಾರಸು ಮಾಡುವ ಆಂಟಾಸಿಡ್ ಆಗಿರುವ ರ್ಯಾನಿಟಿಡಿನ್ (Ranitidine) ಅನ್ನು ಅಗತ್ಯ ಔಷಧಿಗಳ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರಕಾರ ತೆಗೆದು ಹಾಕಿದೆ. ಈ ಔಷಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಒಂದು ಅಂಶ ಕ್ಯಾನ್ಸರ್ (cancer) ಗೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಬಹುದೆಂಬ ಕಳವಳದ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಕ್ರಮಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಒಟ್ಟು 26 ಔಷಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅಗತ್ಯ ಔಷಧಿಗಳ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಕೈಬಿಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
Ranitidine ಔಷಧಿಯನ್ನುAciloc, Zinetac, Rantac ಸಹಿತ ಹಲವು ಬ್ರ್ಯಾಂಡ್ ಹೆಸರುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಈ ಔಷಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ಯಾನ್ಸರ್ ಉಂಟು ಮಾಡಬಹುದಾದ N-nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA)) "ಅಸ್ವೀಕಾರಾರ್ಹ ಮಟ್ಟಗಳಲ್ಲಿವೆ" ಎಂದು ಔಷಧಿ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಕರು ಕಂಡುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, 2019 ರಿಂದ ಈ ಔಷಧಿಯನ್ನು ಅಮೆರಿಕಾದ ಫುಡ್ ಎಂಡ್ ಡ್ರಗ್ ಅಡ್ಮಿನಿಸ್ಟ್ರೇಶನ್ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯವು ಇಂದು ಹೊಸ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಔಷಧಿಗಳ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಗೊಳಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 384 ಔಷಧಿಗಳಿವೆ ಹಾಗೂ 26 ಔಷಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಕೈಬಿಡಲಾಗಿವೆ.
ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಕೈಬಿಡಲಾದ ಔಷಧಿಗಳು ಇಂತಿವೆ:

3. Bleaching Powder
4. Capreomycin
5. Cetrimide

10. Ethinylestradiol

12. Ganciclovir
13. Kanamycin
14. Lamivudine (A) + Nevirapine (B) + Stavudine (C)
15. Leflunomide
16. Methyldopa
17. Nicotinamide
18. Pegylated interferon alfa 2a, Pegylated interferon alfa 2b
19. Pentamidine
20. Prilocaine (A) + Lignocaine (B)
21. Procarbazine
22. Ranitidine
23. Rifabutin
