ಶ್ರೀನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳಗ್ಗೆ ಅರಳಿಸಿದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಧ್ವಜ ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನದೊಳಗೆ ಮಾಯ: ʼಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಗಿಮಿಕ್‌ʼ ಎಂದ ಉಮರ್‌ ಅಬ್ದುಲ್ಲಾ
ಹೊಸದಿಲ್ಲಿ: ಈ ವರ್ಷದ 73ನೇ ಗಣರಾಜ್ಯೋತ್ಸವವನ್ನು ಶ್ರೀನಗರದ ಹೃದಯಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಲಾಲ್ ಚೌಕ್ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಗಡಿಯಾರ ಗೋಪುರದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಧ್ವಜವನ್ನು ಅರಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ವಿಚಾರವನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಈ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಧ್ವಜ ಹಾರಿದ್ದು ಇದೇ ಮೊದಲ ಬಾರಿ ಎಂದು ಬಲಪಂಥೀಯರು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜಾಲತಾಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಳಿಕೊಂಡು ಸಂಭ್ರಮಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
ಆದರೆ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾರಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಧ್ವಜವನ್ನು ಕೆಲವೇ ಗಂಟೆಗಳೊಳಗಾಗಿ, ಅಂದರೆ ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನದೊಳಗಾಗಿ ಕೆಳಗಿಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು thewire.in ವರದಿ ಮಾಡಿದೆ.
ಭಾರತದ ಧ್ವಜ ನೀತಿ ಸಂಹಿತೆ 2002 ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ಗೌರವಕ್ಕೆ ಅವಮಾನ ತಡೆ ಕಾಯಿದೆ 1971 ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಧ್ವಜ ಹಾರಿಸಿದಾಗ ಅದು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾದಷ್ಟು ಯಾವುದೇ ಹವಾಮಾನದ ಸಂದರ್ಭವೂ ಸೂರ್ಯೋದಯದಿಂದ ಸೂರ್ಯಾಸ್ತದ ತನಕ ಇರಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುತ್ತದೆ.
ಈ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನೋಡುವುದಾದರೆ ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಪರಾಹ್ನದೊಳಗೆ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಧ್ವಜವನ್ನು ಇಳಿಸಿರುವುದು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಧ್ವಜಕ್ಕೆ ಅವಮಾನ ಮಾಡಿದಂತೆ ಎಂದು ವರದಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಿದ ನ್ಯಾಷನಲ್ ಕಾನ್ಫರೆನ್ಸ್ ನಾಯಕ ಓಮರ್ ಅಬ್ದುಲ್ಲಾ, "ಕೇವಲ ಫೋಟೋ ಪ್ರಚಾರಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಆಡಳಿತ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ಧ್ವಜ ಅರಳಿಸಿದೆ" ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿದ್ಧಾರೆ.
