ಹೊಸದಿಲ್ಲಿ: ಪ್ರವಾದಿ ಮಹಮ್ಮದ್‌ ಅವರ ಕುರಿತು ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ವಕ್ತಾರೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದ ನೂಪುರ್ ಶರ್ಮಾ ನೀಡಿದ ಅವಹೇಳನಕಾರಿ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ಹಾಗು ಆ ಬಳಿಕ ದೇಶಾದ್ಯಂತ ಹಲವು ಅವಾಂತರಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಈಗ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ಭಾರೀ ಚರ್ಚೆಗೆ ಗ್ರಾಸವಾಗಿದೆ.
ತನ್ನ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ದೇಶದ ವಿವಿಧೆಡೆ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿರುವ ಎಫ್ ಐ ಆರ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ದಿಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ನೂಪುರ್ ಶರ್ಮಾ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವ ಅರ್ಜಿ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ವೇಳೆ ಶುಕ್ರವಾರ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರಾದ ಸೂರ್ಯಕಾಂತ್‌ ಅವರು “ಟಿವಿ ಚರ್ಚಾಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಕೆ ಪ್ರಚೋದನಕಾರಿ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿರುವುದನ್ನು ನಾವು ನೋಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಆಕೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿದ ರೀತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಆನಂತರ ತಾನೊಬ್ಬ ನ್ಯಾಯವಾದಿ ಆಕೆ ಹೇಳಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವುದು ತೀರಾ ನಾಚಿಕೆಗೇಡು. ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಈಗ ಉಂಟಾಗಿರುವ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಗೆ ಆಕೆ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಹೊಣೆಗಾರ್ತಿ. ನೂಪುರ್ ಇಡೀ ದೇಶದ ಕ್ಷಮೆ ಕೇಳಬೇಕು” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದರು.
ಇದು ಬಲಪಂಥೀಯರ ಕೆಂಗಣ್ಣಿಗೆ ಗುರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟಿನ ಹೇಳಿಕೆಗೆ ತೀವ್ರ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ, #BlackDayForIndianJudiciary (ಭಾರತೀಯ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಕರಾಳ ದಿನ) ಎಂಬ ಹ್ಯಾಷ್‌ಟ್ಯಾಗನ್ನು ಟ್ರೆಂಡ್‌ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಬಲಪಂಥೀಯರು ನೂಪುರ್ ಶರ್ಮಾರನ್ನು ಬೆಂಬಲಿಸಿ, ಸುಪ್ರಿಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಹರಿಹಾಯ್ದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
“ನಾವು ನೂಪುರ್ ಶರ್ಮಾರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇದ್ದೇವೆ. ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿಗಳು ಅವರ ಮಿತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮೀರುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರಿಗೆ ನಾಚಿಕೆ ಆಗಬೇಕು” ಎಂದು ವಿಪಿನ್‌ ಲಾವಣಿಯ ಎಂಬಾತ ಟ್ವೀಟ್‌ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
ಇನ್ನು ಕೆಲವರನ್ನು ಸೂರ್ಯಕಾಂತ್‌ ಅವರನ್ನು ʼಷರಿಯಾ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶʼರೆಂದು ಕರೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. “ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಸಮರ್ಥ, ಎಲ್ಲ ಮಿತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮೀರಿದ ಈ ಷರಿಯಾ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ದೋಷಾರೋಪಣೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ನಾನು ವಿನಂತಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಜಿಹಾದಿ ಅಪರಾಧಿಯನ್ನು ಶಿಕ್ಷಿಸುವ ಬದಲು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೌಢ್ಯವನ್ನು ಎಬ್ಬಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.” ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಾಂಜಲ್‌ ಎಸ್‌ ಎಂಬಾತ ಟ್ವೀಟ್‌ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
ಇನ್ನು ಕೆಲವರು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರು ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದಕರಿಗೆ ಬೆಂಬಲ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆಂದು ನೇರ ಆರೋಪ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. “ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗವನ್ನು ಹೊಣೆಗಾರರನ್ನಾಗಿಸಬೇಕು.. ಕನ್ಹಯ್ಯಾ ಲಾಲ್ ಶಿರಚ್ಛೇದವನ್ನು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರು ಹೇಗೆ ಸಮರ್ಥಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.? ಇಸ್ಲಾಮಿಕ್ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದಕರನ್ನು ಬೆಂಬಲಿಸಿದ್ದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಜಸ್ಟಿಸ್ ಕಾಂತ್ ಮತ್ತು ಪರ್ದಿವಾಲಾ ಕ್ಷಮೆಯಾಚಿಸಬೇಕು.” ಎಂದು ಸಂಜಯ್‌ ಸುರೇಖ ಎಂಬ ಖಾತೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಟ್ವೀಟ್‌ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟಿನ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಬಲಪಂಥೀಯರು ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಅಭಿಯಾನವನ್ನು ನೆಟ್ಟಿಗರು ಖಂಡಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಬಾಬ್ರಿ ಮಸೀದಿ ತೀರ್ಪನ್ನು ಸಂಭ್ರಮಿಸಿದ, ತೀಸ್ತಾ ಸೆಟಲ್ವಾಡ್‌ ವಿರುದ್ಧದ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಹೇಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿದವರು ಇಂದು ನೂಪುರ್ ಶರ್ಮಾರ ವಿರುದ್ಧದ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಹೇಳಿಕೆಗೆ ಗದ್ದಲ ಎಬ್ಬಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಅಜೆಂಡಾಗಳಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಂತೆ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ವರ್ತಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಬೇಡಿ ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
